Sailpoint Identity IQ

  • Managing end to end of SailPoint Access Governance and Management.
  • Managing User Provisioning Access Certifications Access Request Workflow Delegated Administration and Password SelfService in SailPoint Identity.
  • Managing SailPoint deployment activities connector configuration custom rule development workflow configuration and development third party system integration.
  • Establish standards designs and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls which help improve operations and lower risk.
  • Responsible to manage Administration functionality of the SailPoint such as loading data create roles create policies scheduling tasks and certifications and reports.
  • Execute day to day application maintenance & monitoring of Sailpoint infrastructure and functions.
  • Maintaining Records for SLA Breaches Incoming numbers of Incidents/ Service Requests Outstanding tickets and revoked tickets for monthly basis.
  • Managing the errors through pending tasks and resolve them.
  • Performed Operational tasks which included executing and scheduling Aggregations and Tasks enabling/disabling user IDs password management creating/scheduling custom reports etc.
  • Handling SOD Policy creation workgroup creations creating Entitlements AD groups Business/IT roles.
  • Support on live deployment on production environment during releases.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and use case development;
  • Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing;
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions;
  • Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation;
  • Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting;
  • Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepare product documentation KB articles SOPs test cases test plans and support process.
  • Experienced with some of the following web technologies: JavaScript XML SAML SPML/SOAP Web and Application Servers HTML REST API JSON
  • Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat JBoss WebSphere or WebLogic.

ForgeRock

  • Manage end to end of ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform.
  • Deployment management & maintenance of ForgeRock platform including OpenAM OpenIDM OpenIG and OpenDJ
  • Development production support and upgrade activities for ForgeRock application
  • Execute day to day application maintenance & monitoring of ForgeRock infrastructure and functions.
  • Responsible to manage administration functionality of the ForgeRock
  • Manage Access management Identity Federation Multifactor authentication Riskbased authentication across.
  • Thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On SAML OAuth etc.
  • Manage ForgeRock integration with SaaS application like Azure M365 D365 etc
  • Manage ForgeRock integration with COTS and nonCOTS applications.
  • Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting;
  • Strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepare product documentation KB articles SOPs test cases test plans and support process.
  • Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat JBoss WebSphere or WebLogic.
  • Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On SAML OAuth etc
  • Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity management) system for Ontime provisioning / deprovisioning.
  • Experience working with LDAP directories like OpenDJ
  • Should have good developer skills Java/J2EE.
  • Experience in Azure services.
  • Troubleshooting skills are a must.
  • Should be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
