Primary Purpose


Make and receive calls on Worker s Compensation and General Liability policies to acquire information regarding policyholder s ;Finalize premium audit write-up based on information gathered from the policyholder


Essential Functions and Responsibilities Job Description


As a Call Center Audit Representative, you will manage calls (outbound and inbound) to facilitate insurance premium audits for Worker s Compensation and General Liability policie The representative will also write-up audits by applying manual and company standard


A Call Center Audit Representative Tasks include:


  • Make outbound calls to insureds and agents on a daily basis
  • Data enter audit data and call progress notes following each call
  • Learn audit and company procedures to complete audit write-ups
  • Correspond with policyholders, CPA s, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed
  • Receive inbound calls to finalize audit write-up

  • Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage both outbound and inbound calls
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail

  • Strong writing skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask


Preferred:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and tax documents
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks
  • Bilingual
