Global Mobility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end to end assignee lifecycle for the entire programme of approximately 500 assignees per year, from application and selection to relocation, performance management and repatriation
• Recommend the most appropriate assignment type and advice the business on Global Mobility principles, methodologies, policies and processes
• Justify recommendations, explain decisions, policy elements and pitfalls and provide cost estimates of various scenarios
• Lead the development of our strategic journey to establish a holistic mobility offering
• Oversee the adherence and development of our GM policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm and in the wider network
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
