You will be responsible to provide anexcellent and consistent level of service to your customers. TheFront Office Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth andefficient running of the Reception within the Spa of RoomsDivision.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma inHospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experiencehotel operations. Good customer service, communications andinterpersonal skills are a must.
