- Lead and inspire a team of designers, art directors, and creatives to ensure they produce high-quality and innovative design solutions.
- Develop and drive the creative vision and strategy for the agency, aligning it with the business goals and ensuring it stays at the forefront of design trends.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, interpret their creative briefs, and present design concepts that not only meet but also exceed their expectations.
- Team Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the creative team, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to foster growth and excellence.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with the agency's quality standards.
- Ensure the agency maintains a high standard of design quality and creative excellence across all client projects.
- Manage and optimize the creative budget, working closely with the management team to maximize profitability.
- Act as the companys creative spokesperson, representing the creative team in client meetings and pitches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, and encourage the team to adopt new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance creativity and productivity.
