Key Duties:
Reporting into the Associate Director specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Order of Cost Estimates / Cost Models / Cost Plans for:1.
Feasibility purposes at inception.2. Planning stage.3. Procurement stage.4. Third Party estimate reviews during the Design stage (15% 30% 60% 90% 100%).5. Pre-Tender estimates to forecast the most probable tender price based on published tender information.6. Undertake three point estimates for the pricing of risk.7. Data analysis of rates and maintenance of an estimating database.
