Review the 2024 Energy Optimization Targets of ADD and propose quick win Energy Retrofitting projects to contribute towards the optimization targets. Conduct initial surveys, collect as built conditions and equipment consumption details, propose retrofitting solutions and prepare business cases for the proposals. These should be agile/sprint cycles not exceeding one (1) month covering the whole life cycle till final commissioning. Execution to be carried out by Maintenance, Projects and GSD in their respective domains.
