Digital Transformation Project Manager

• Lead and oversee largescale digital transformation programs particularly within the government sector ensuring successful planning execution and delivery.
  
• Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manage resources timelines and budgets to achieve project objectives.
  
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital applications within internet intranet and operational networks driving innovation and efficiency in digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to support project planning implementation and reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders project teams and external vendors fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring clarity of goals roles and responsibilities to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing largescale digital transformation programs particularly within the government sector.
  
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning execution and monitoring of complex projects.
  
• Indepth knowledge of digital applications and technologies with a focus on internet intranet and operational networks.
  
• Experience in preparing comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
  
• Fluent in Arabic with preference given to UAE nationals
