Job Description

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Follow procedure for dealing with complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Monitor support inbox and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complaint resolutions
  • Help maintain customer relationships and build loyalty through phone or email contact
  • Maintain records of customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience as a customer service executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide great customer service in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
