Customer Service Associate

• Greet customers and provide assistance in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
