Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer or a similar role in the finance industry.
- Proven experience with conventional mortgage loans.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of lending products and practices.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
