- Very solid experience of Executive Chef for a lifestyle high-end brand(s)
- Experience with a Restaurant group positioned on the festive and entertaining segment
- Experience in the GCC, ideally in the UAE
- Classically trained
- Well versed in Italian / Mediterranean culture and cuisine
Volumes
- 650 Covers Total spread across Restaurant + Poolside Beach
- Open 7 Days a week
- Lunch & Dinner
- Team of about 40
Profiles
- Candidate must be a solid team leader
- Calm
- Commercially savvy
- Classically trained
- Well-versed in Italian / Mediterranean Culture and Cuisine
- A knowledge of the UAE/GCC market would be a +.
