Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all sales activities in line with the departments business objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively identify solicit and secure transient group and meeting business in accordance with the hotels sales strategy.
- Ensure adherence to established selling strategies and optimize every opportunity for up-selling and revenue enhancement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the propertys unique selling points features amenities services and operational policies to effectively promote the hotel.
- Prepare corporate and government proposal letters annual contracts and other related business correspondences with accuracy and professionalism.
- Monitor and report market trends competitor activities and evolving client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing on negotiation progress confirmed business and potential leads.
- Ensure timely efficient and professional execution of all assigned duties in accordance with hotel policies and service standards.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date account database and client contact records.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel preferably with a focus on M.I.C.E sales.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
