Team Overview
The CEEMEA Sales and Client Relationship team builds and strengthens partnerships with institutional investors. Working closely with Portfolio and Product Managers Consultant Relations and Client Servicing Professionals the team drives business growth and client satisfaction. You will focus on smaller family offices corporate treasury and insurance firms across the Middle East offering you huge opportunities to grow and develop in the region. We would also anticipate this role working closely with and supporting the wider team.
How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client relationships across the Middle East with particular focus on family offices corporate treasury and insurance firms
Organise roadshows with Portfolio Managers
Spot issues and opportunities with current clients
Highlight FTIs unique product offerings
Coordinate with the RFP/RFI team on new business
Support client onboarding with the New Business Services team
Work with institutional client service team members to cover clients
Extract performance and portfolio data to support sales efforts
Liaise with Data & Performance and Marketing teams
Provide team support when needed
Strategic Responsibilities
Understand FT products and services thoroughly
Analyse client portfolios and identify key decision-makers
Advise clients on institutional investing
Offer insights during client and consultant discussions
Suggest improvements to client service
Ensure timely and accurate client reporting
Respond to complex questions professionally
Stay informed on global market developments
Understand how compliance and risk affect client service
Contribute in client meetings
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience Education & Certifications
University degree or equivalent experience
510 years in Asset Management focused on sales and client relationships
CFA designation or progress preferred
Institutional client experience is a plus
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Technically proficient
Skilled in Microsoft Office
