Job Description
We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the fabrication division for our client in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the fabrication team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations within the fabrication division ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Oversee the fabrication of pump skids for the wastewater and chiller industries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on progress and performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes particularly those involving pump skids.
- Knowledge of the wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
