Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Egis energy services in the GCC with emphasis on T&D infrastructure including high-voltage transmission lines substations grid connections and distribution networks.
- Support business development and pre-qualification activities building strong relationships with utilities regulators and private sector clients.
- Oversee the planning design and execution of energy projects ensuring quality schedule and budget targets are met.
- Integrate renewable energy generation storage solutions and innovative grid technologies into project designs.
- Ensure compliance with GCC regulatory frameworks and international best practices.
- Build and mentor a high-performing technical team fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor market trends and policy developments to identify new opportunities in T&D renewable integration and emerging energy technologies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Energy Systems or related field; Masters preferred.
- 10 years experience in the energy sector with significant exposure to T&D project delivery.
- Proven GCC market experience and understanding of local regulations utility standards and permitting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and secure new business.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English required Arabic an advantage.
