Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and resourceful HR Manager Talent Acquisition with proven expertise in recruiting high-performing real estate agents who specialize in dealing with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge a strong recruitment network and the ability to attract and onboard professionals capable of representing premium properties in the UAE.


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment of luxury real estate agents and brokers with experience in handling HNW clientele.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals in the high-end property sector.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking headhunting and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales heads to identify role requirements team structures and performance expectations.

  • Evaluate candidates on their ability to manage ultra-luxury portfolios and high-touch client relationships.

  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes tailored to luxury sales professionals.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics ensure compliance with labor laws and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

  • Promote a high-performance and client-centric culture within the recruitment process.


  • 8 years of HR/talent acquisition experience with at least 3 years in real estate recruitment especially in the luxury or high-net-worth segment.

  • Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and talent landscape.

  • Proven ability to assess candidates for luxury sales roles soft skills and client engagement capability.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (CIPD certification is a plus).
