Support the design and implementation of digital CX projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
Optimize digital channels (websites mobile apps and social media) for usability accessibility and engagement.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate new technologies that improve customer experience.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital CX initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide recommendations to continuously improve digital customer experiences.
Develop self-service solutions and FAQs to enhance customer support.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital customer experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in digital customer experience management or a similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of digital CX trends and emerging technologies.
