Digital Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

Black Pearl is recruiting for a client in the UAE seeking a talented Digital Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to develop and implement strategies that enhance digital customer interactions and align with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of digital CX projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  

• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  

• Optimize digital channels (websites mobile apps and social media) for usability accessibility and engagement.
  

• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate new technologies that improve customer experience.
  

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital CX initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

• Provide recommendations to continuously improve digital customer experiences.
  

• Develop self-service solutions and FAQs to enhance customer support.
  

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital customer experience.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or related field.
  

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital customer experience management or a similar role.
  

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  

• Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  

• Knowledge of digital CX trends and emerging technologies.
