What you will be doing:
- To consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy as required
- To update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
- To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
- Process all reservation requests changes and cancellations with different channels
- To liaise with sales and other departments as required
- To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate/refer to appropriate department
- Accommodate and document special requests
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Previous customer related experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Additional Information :
