Brand Building & Positioning: Elevate the profile of each outlet through compelling storytelling creative campaigns and consistent on-brand messaging across all digital print and social media channels.
PR & Media Relations: Manage relationships with media influencers and PR agencies. Oversee press releases FAM trips interviews and restaurant-related publicity campaigns.
Campaign Management: Launch and manage promotions seasonal campaigns and event marketing to drive footfall revenue and customer engagement.
Content & Digital: Oversee the creation of content (photography video basic editing copy) for social media email marketing and website updates in collaboration with the hotel marketing team.
Performance & Reporting: Monitor analyze and report on campaign results media coverage and ROI. Use data to inform future initiatives and optimize strategies.
Collaboration: Support the Director of Marketing & Communications with marketing campaigns work closely with chefs outlet managers the digital team PR partners creative team and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in F&B marketing preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end dining.
