Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the cement plant and heavy industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cement plant machinery spare parts crusher equipment and plant modification projects as well as a strong client network in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cement plant and related heavy machinery markets.

  • Promote and sell spare parts technical solutions and plant modification services for cement plants.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients within the cement industry.

  • Understand technical specifications of cement plant machinery and provide suitable solutions based on client requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to prepare accurate proposals quotations and tender documents.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Represent the business at trade shows exhibitions and client meetings to enhance market presence.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Business or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the cement plant industrial machinery or heavy equipment sectors.

  • Strong technical knowledge of cement plant machinery including spare parts crushers kilns grinding units and retrofit/modification projects.

  • Established client network and contacts within the cement or heavy industrial sector.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required for business development.

  • Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently.
