Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading group of companies in the UAE to recruit a Group HR Manager to partner with C-Suite Executives in shaping a high-performance culture fostering talent and elevating employee engagement. Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- CIPD/SHRM certification is mandatory.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience in the GCC with a strong background in group-level HR leadership.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business growth.
- Analytical prowess: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Emotional intelligence: Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy: Experience in HRIS/HRMS implementation and digital transformation.
