Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Counsel with a strong background in the hospitality and F&B sector to support our CLIENTS growing operations. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance across all aspects of the business ensuring compliance with local and international regulations supporting contract negotiations and minimizing legal risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts leases and vendor agreements

  • Advise on labor employment and regulatory matters

  • Manage legal aspects of licensing permits and brand compliance

  • Provide legal support on disputes claims and litigation

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions and corporate structuring

  • Ensure compliance with hospitality-specific laws and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Law degree with a valid license to practice

  • 5 years legal experience including 2 years in the hospitality/F&B sector
  • Strong knowledge of commercial labor and contract law

  • Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters across jurisdictions

  • Excellent negotiation communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with hospitality groups hotels or F&B outlets in the GCC or international markets

  • Familiarity with franchising IP rights and corporate governance in hospitality

  • Arabic language is a PLUS
