Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in ensuring that we attract assess and hire top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms including job boards social media and company websites to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels including job portals social media and recruitment agencies to source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates qualifications to create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates from initial contact through to final hiring decisions.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data track hiring metrics and report on recruitment progress to the HR manager and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with department heads and managers to understand their hiring needs and recommend candidates who match the required qualifications and skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role preferably in the Healthcare Field in UAE.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Education: A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Location: Based in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using recruitment software and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role preferably in the Healthcare Field in UAE.
- Knowledge of the local labor market and regulations in the UAE.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.
