• Create strategies and business development plans for the Overland market in the country
• Responsible for training and supporting the sales team by providing them the tools they require to promote their products •
Develop a strong opportunity pipeline for Overland sales
• Coordinate with relevant business units to provide value proposition to the customers •
Engage in pricing, facilitate approvals to customers and follow up on quotations
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management or a similar discipline
• Minimum years experience in freight forwarding industry
• Solid understanding and experience of the theory and practices of supply chain management and transportation management
• Experience in retail, high-tech, industrial, pharmaceutical and/or automotive industries
• Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache and excellent communication skills in English •
