Carry out various administrative tasks like handling calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
Manage the center’s stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system. Prepare and distribute reports measuring training results.
Assist all trainers in the Center of Quality to prepare material and set up the center for sessions.
