Job Description
- Call associates to gather information
- Consolidate information in a defined format
- Safekeeping of passport in fireproof lockers
- Monitoring passport movement outside the department except passport released for typed medicals
- Manage E Files of employees
- Maintain the entire employee master/Associate Master
- Carry out defined data cleansing activity every 3 months – new employees and renewed existing employees
- A100% compliance to be adhered around passport release – at airport on receipt of eVisa
- Monitor ,manage dispatch and collection of document scheduled for delivery between DXB-AJM ,DXB-AUH
- Monitor, manage document movement scheduled for delivery through TASC messenger
- Manage, monitor supply chain of cards (medical insurance, emirates ID),passport
- Ensure attendance for all internal training are recorded in signed by Manager
- Upload documents into erp
- Coordinate internally to create a document repository
