Job Responsibilities:
– Service Engineer (Maintenance) must be able to work independently with little supervision, must be able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job. They must also possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers.
– Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers by treating people with dignity and respect and taking pride in the appearance of the center and yourself.
– Place goods and materials in to storage and participate in stock routines as directed.
– Diagnose customer needs by listening, responding and explaining to customers.
– Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedure.
– Undertake the necessary training and skill development.
– Ensure that all works carried out are conducted in accordance with the companies procedure.
Job Requirements:
– Education:B Tech – Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical
– Experience required :5 – 6 years of experience in similar industry or from Maintenance Company.
– UAE driving license is must
– Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.
– Have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Haveproven experience with Salesforce or similar CRMcould be a plus.
