We have been mandated by a leading financial institution for the role of Senior Manager Distribution Sales Channel. We are looking for UAE Nationals with 10 years of sales experience in the banking industry to lead a large sales team across the UAE and the banks global network locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple sales teams across UAE and Global Network locations which would include management of the customer portfolio attrition management and new acquisitions.
- Strategize direct and execute sales plans to maximize the market share of the organization.
- Manage the attrition and digital fulfillment of multiple products through the DBC Telesales staff.
- Improve staff productivity by constantly improving operational efficiency.
- Create attractive incentive plans for staff along with designing recognition tools to manage staff motivation.
- Deliver the sales target for the unit agreed with the Product teams.
- Grow segment profitability through effective management of the sales force.
- To complete the journey of all dropoff sales leads digitally initiated by the customer.
- Ensure E2E seamless fulfillment process flow.
- Manage retention teams of multiple products and deliver the agreed retention rate.
- Work with BIU & Business groups to identify crosssell opportunities.
- To ensure headcount plan is maintained throughout the year by managing attrition & timely recruitment of staff.
- Ensure BDMs and TLs achieve all KPI and KPA standards.
- Identify the training needs of the staff and arrange for appropriate training programs
- Serve as liaison with product managers to enhance the product proposition based on the marker feedback.
- Review MIS to identify opportunities for growth sales trends & maintain effective performance management standards.
- Review competitive positioning new market opportunities and provide recommendation to HOD.
- Support HOD in strategizing annual plans maintain profitability and cost budgets.
- Ensure TLs & BDMs drive participation through all team activities like morning huddles training and coaching complete mandatory compliance trainings lean & rewards celebrations.
- To keep abreast with the market dynamics and share learnings with HOD for areas of Improvement and concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in banking.
- Experienced in leading large sales teams and managing multiple banking products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Strong analytical & decisionmaking abilities enabling effective resolution.
- Customer focused and achievement oriented.
- Proven people management & leadership skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams to drive unit targets.
