We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Credit Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a key member of our finance department you will be responsible for managing credit risk overseeing accounts receivable and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.
- Lead and manage the accounts receivable team fostering a collaborative and goaloriented environment
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk
- Analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of clients
- Establish credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
- Monitor customer accounts and initiate collection processes for overdue payments
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure
- Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of billing processes and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with local and international credit laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and financial institutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a similar role
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in credit risk assessment
- Indepth knowledge of credit laws regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management and collections
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Proficiency in financial software and credit management systems
- Experience with hotel operating systems is a plus
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced customerfocused environment
