Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with handson experience in bluecollar hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring candidates for largescale workforce requirements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle mass/volume hiring for bluecollar roles across different sectors.
  • Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower needs.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in bluecollar recruitment in Dubai.
Skills: Strong communication sourcing and negotiation skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with bulk hiring strategies and labor laws in the UAE.
Preferred: Experience in hiring for construction logistics manufacturing or hospitality.


Salary Incentives Other standard benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
