Job Description
- Ensure the security safety and high standards of care within the program at all times.
- Ensure program policies procedures and health guidelines are being adhered to at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
- Regularly monitor supplies replenish from stores and let manager know before the supplies run out so that more can be ordered.
- Helps monitor the condition of the facilities and informs manager of necessary repairs or replacements.
- Immediately notify the manager of all incidents issues guest complaints and suggestions.
- Attend to any problems immediately and escalate to manager.
- Always maintain professional and positive relationships with work colleagues parents and children keeping in mind difference in backgrounds cultures and individual personalities.
- Speak English at all times while in the work place unless speaking to a guest who speaks the same language.
- Consistently recognizes parents and children by name always giving a great first impression to every parent child and other staff members.
- Actively promote and encourage participation of guests and club members in activities and events.
- Oversee and assist in the delivery of the program and activities.
- Use initiate to come up with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the kids club.
- Supervise all areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Motivate and encourage staff to ensure their best performance.
