Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Female Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery excellent sales skills and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery pieces including materials designs and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in the store.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends market demands and competitor activities.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism grooming and personal presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of experience in jewellery sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Knowledge of different types of jewellery gemstones and metals.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Wellgroomed and presentable appearance.
- Fluency in Specify Languages Required e.g. English Hindi Arabic etc..
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays.
