Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Sales Director to lead and grow our fragrance and packaging business across the Middle East and selected international markets. This leadership role involves defining and executing sales strategies managing a highperforming sales team and developing strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales within the fragrance packaging or beauty industries with a strong track record of market expansion team leadership and revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to drive regional influence while contributing to the companys broader global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional and Global Sales Growth:
  • Lead and execute a highimpact sales strategy across the Middle East and key international markets.
  • Set ambitious but realistic revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement or outperformance.
  • Expand market share through new client acquisition portfolio development and strategic partnerships.
    • Build coach and empower a resultsdriven sales team to deliver on performance goals.
    • Define team KPIs monitor progress and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
    • Foster a collaborative competitive and accountable sales culture.
      • Serve as the senior point of contact for major accounts and highvalue negotiations.
      • Deepen longterm client partnerships by understanding business needs and offering tailored packaging solutions.
      • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service followup and ongoing support.
        • Identify new markets segments or regions for business expansion and lead gotomarket planning.
        • Develop and manage distributor or agent relationships as needed for regional coverage.
        • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform commercial priorities.
          • Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline development across all territories.
          • Ensure CRM tools are used effectively to manage opportunities forecasting and client data.
          • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. finance logistics product) to align sales with operations.
            • Act as a brand ambassador at international trade fairs exhibitions and key client meetings.
            • Partner with marketing on commercial campaigns presentations and brand positioning strategies.
            • Elevate Identiscents visibility and reputation in target markets.

            Qualifications & Experience

            • Mandatory Expertise:
            • Solid experience in sales and business development within the fragrance cosmetics or luxury packaging industry.
            • Indepth knowledge of the Middle East market and experience handling international sales operations.
              • Minimum of 10 years in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership or regional sales director role B2B background is mandatory
              • Demonstrated success in expanding into new markets and growing a sales pipeline from prospect to close.
                • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing International Trade or a related field.
                • MBA or executive education in leadership or commercial strategy is a plus.
                  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
                  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
                  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and longterm client partnerships.
                  • Proficient in CRM systems sales analytics and reporting tools.
                  • Knowledge of fragrance packaging components (glass pumps collars caps) is a strong advantage.
                    • Experience in managing regional distributor networks or international sales teams.
                    • Background in custom packaging (perfume or cosmetics) development or private label projects.
                    • Understanding of luxury brand dynamics and expectations.
