Role Overview

Our client is seeking a resultsdriven and energetic Experienced Sales Executive who can manage the full sales cycle reach out to midmarket and large enterprise clients foster relationships and drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales a passion for technology and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Job Type: Fulltime Remote

Location: Dubai


Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in the following target markets: UK Asia EU US Canada and MEA.
  • Able to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences and in a structured way.
  • At least 5 years in a full sales cycle role in Enterprise sales (from prospecting to closing and booking revenues) and a track record of full 360 sales cycles.
  • Must have a background in Payments or wider Fintech sales (business banking open banking acquiring disbursement gateway services).
  • Must have an evident and proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in new business generation.
  • Work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done and are able to thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with.
  • Must be an experienced negotiator and closer of mid to high value deals.
  • Must have a hunter mentality enjoy networking and a selfstarter.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced and evolving startup environment.
  • Must have an established LinkedIn profile (at least 500 connections).
  • Able to quickly build trust and enable your teams to be high performing.
  • Must have a revenue generation mindset: you care about sales outcomes and you want to make datainformed decisions.
  • Efficient in developing value propositions for new industry verticals and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients through prospecting networking and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved.
  • Prospecting and hunting for new business within the highlighted target markets and other assigned territories using multiple sales techniques and tools.
  • Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned markets and accounts.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Leading sales calls/sales meetings and providing detailed reports.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs to the senior management team.
  • Managing sales campaigns in order to keep all stakeholders engaged about new key initiatives.
  • Expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningful contacts amongst new prospects.
