Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries concerns and feedback.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and smooth delivery of services.
- Analyze customer portfolios to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of client interactions and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
- Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences market trends and potential opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in relationship management preferably in credit card sales or banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customercentric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of credit card products and DSA operations is an advantage.
