Job Description
Position: Florist
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month
Benefits:
- Additional benefits as per company policy
Responsibilities:
- Recommend flowers to customers based on their preferences, budget, and the occasion.
- Create attractive and memorable floral arrangements for various events and settings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Provide guidance to customers on how to care for their floral purchases.
- Monitor inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and assist in promoting the business.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a florist or in floral arrangement is preferred.
- Strong creativity and an eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
