Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Setup Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will guide clients through the setup or expansion of their businesses within the UAE ensuring compliance efficiency and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for driving business growth and a strong understanding of UAEs regulatory environment we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client leads assess their requirements and recommend tailored business setup strategies.
  • Present suitable expansion plans for clients while identifying untapped markets and potential collaborations.
  • Deliver personalized recommendations based on client activities goals and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of essential documentation to ensure compliant and seamless setups.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and leverage client portfolios for referrals and upselling.
  • Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes proactively addressing any impacts on business processes.
  • Engage in crossselling and upselling opportunities to expand the range of service offerings.
  • Contribute to company growth through proactive strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business setup experience within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of business structures licensing permits and registration processes in the UAE.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail especially in paperwork and legal documentation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse clientele and industries.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field (preferred).
