We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Administrator to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source screen and interview potential candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Onboard new hires including orientation and paperwork.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with employee relations issues such as performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain positive employee morale and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Manage employee leave and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Must be able to work as PRO for visa processing.
- Assist with HR projects such as performance reviews performance Management employee surveys and training programs.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience in the real estate industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite HRMS HRIS software
- bachelors degree in human resources or relevant filed
Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations. Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
