We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage schedules appointments and meetings for executives and staff.
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and update office records documents and databases.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies maintenance and services.
- Assist HR and finance departments with payroll invoicing and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Support teams with travel arrangements event planning and office logistics.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
