Reporting directly to the VP Marketing Partnerships, you will take on a more strategic role, overseeing and refining partnership initiatives, managing complex projects, and contributing to the overall success of Aldar Properties' marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and collaborative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Activation:
o Lead the execution and activation of marketing campaigns and initiatives for Aldar Properties' partnerships.
o Ensure all partnership obligations are met effectively and on schedule, managing multiple projects with precision.
2. Brand Awareness:
o Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance Aldar Properties' brand visibility through partnerships.
o Design and execute marketing plans that leverage partnerships to increase brand exposure both locally and internationally.
3. Sales Lead Generation:
o Create and implement advanced lead generation strategies that maximize revenue growth from partnership opportunities.
o Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
4. Community Engagement:
o Design and oversee community engagement programs that strengthen Aldar Properties' reputation as a community-oriented brand.
o Foster and manage community relationships to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
5. Ticket Management and Distribution Support:
o Oversee the strategic management and distribution of tickets for partnership-related events.
o Ensure efficient handling and resolution of ticket-related issues, providing high-level support for all ticketing operations.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and PR to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
o Foster a collaborative environment to integrate partnership strategies effectively across all functions.
7. Market Research:
o Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on industry trends related to real estate and partnership marketing.
o Use insights to refine and optimize partnership strategies and enhance overall marketing performance.
8. Event Management:
o Take a lead role in planning and executing events and activations related to partnerships.
o Manage logistics for partner events, including coordinating travel arrangements and administrative tasks, and occasionally attend events to ensure seamless execution.
