First impressions are everything! As an ambassador of our Front Office Reception team you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel through to their departure ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will be the face of the hotel the key point of contact for guests and who delivers an exceptional level of flawless service.
Youll excel in this role if you are energetic selfmotivated have attention to detail and are passionate about creating exceptional service experiences. A key to success in this position is the ability to deliver incredible guest service and understanding of how to ensure the safety and security of the property.
What you will be doing:
- Engage with our guests on check in check out and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
- Handle guest concerns efficiently to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.
- Providing a unique and personalized experience for each guest at our hotel by creating connections and using creative ways to exceed guest expectations.
- Assisting with reservations booking requests or enquiries via phone or email and ensuring guest details are accurately recorded in the PMS system
- Taking and directing all incoming calls
- Sharing information about the hotel and the local area with our guests
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Maintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts on a part time basis including weekends and public holidays
