Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our engineering unit specializing in the manufacturing of moulds dies and highprecision tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and managing the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure highquality materials and equipment for the manufacturing of moulds dies and tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure costeffective procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the commercial and production teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
