:
Forecast and plan the yearly sales and purchases assigned in keeping with the marketing plan of the principals in coordination with Department Head.
Preparing the marketing calendar for the Brand.
Finalize and maintain the distribution network of the brand in coordination with the Department Head
In charge of the brands sale in UAE.
Principal s strategy and objective must be conveyed to the sales team.
Analyse the sales achievement on monthly basis and take appropriate decision to improve in coordination with Department Head.
Review the stock position on biweekly basis identify the slow moving items and take action to liquidate it in coordination with Department Head.
Implement the marketing plan activities of the brand with proper followup.
Plan implement necessary promotion schedule in advance.
Ensure implementing Brand guideline in all point of sale
Skills required
:
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and written)
Excellent marketing knowledge for the Beauty & Fragrance industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially Excel and PowerPoint

Total 10 years in the beauty & fragrance industry in UAE at least 5 years as Brand Manager.
