Job Description
Location: Opportunity to work remote. However, employee must be within commutable distance to the corporate office located in Goleta, CA to participate in on-site training and team/company meetings.
Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls from customers wishing to place recurring product orders.
- Respond to email inquiries regarding recurring product orders.
- Process orders submitted via email from customers.
- Provide general service support to inquiries from customers.
- Provide support to the Sales Team as needed.
