Conduct the end-to-end process of reviewing and offering feedback and action plans post-job evaluation reviews.Monitor the effectiveness and sustainability of changes following job evaluations.Deliver job evaluation consultative engagements, offering expert guidance on methodologies.Deliver interactive sessions with job evaluation practitioners.Provide expert advice on job grading, promoting equity and consistency.Ensure the alignment of job roles with organisational goals for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
