RM Technician - Completion Subassembly

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble completion and liner systems under close supervision, adhering to Weatherford's Operational Excellence and Performance Standards (OEPS)
• Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of completion equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools
• Implement mandatory modifications to mitigate non-productive time and enhance field service delivery performance
• Attend client locations when necessary to carry out repair and maintenance tasks
• Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and quality system requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills
• Assist in inventory management and equipment tracking
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a college degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in completion Subassembly
• Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures meticulously
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive learning plan, including computer-based modules and classroom training
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
