Roles & Responsibilities Accountable for the recruitment strategy, process, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and talent requirements. Accountable for the day-to-day recruitment activities of the company’s, which includes identifying recruitment requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and selecting successful candidates. Responsible for managing the company's recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees
