Marketing Executive

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize various events such as conferences corporate gatherings webinars and exhibitions.

Manage event logistics including venue setup catering transportation accommodation audiovisual equipment signage and decor.

Supervise all onsite event activities such as registration attendee management speaker coordination and resolving any issues that occur.

Perform market research to identify trends market size and opportunities.

Compile a comprehensive database of competitors activities and marketing efforts.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications by monitoring and adhering to brand guidelines in all campaigns and materials.

Create and manage the production of marketing materials like brochures flyers and promotional items to support brand campaigns and events.

Provide regular and detailed reports on marketing campaign performance and prepare presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

25 years of experience in a marketing role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients vendors and team members.

Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is beneficial.

Willingness to travel for meetings conferences and industry events.
